You should always look after your best customers

At WTTB we are no different: we turn our regular customers into Rockstars! It is our way of saying thank you to our most loyal customers who place jobs regularly with us every month.

Best of all, you don’t have to be a big spender to become a Rockstar. You just have to be a regular customer. In fact, if you spend just £300 a month with us we will turn you into Jagger and receive £70 of bonuses every month! But the more you spend, the higher your Rockstar status. Could you join our elite band of Elvises and receive a monthly package worth over £725?!

Let’s go into the advantages of becoming a Rockstar in a bit more detail. Here are three main benefits of becoming a regular customer at Where The Trade Buys.

1. Royalty points = reduced prices

Every Rockstar receives royalty points. You can use these to reduce your spend the following month. The number of royalty point you receive varies depending to the level of Rockstar you are. If you spent at least £300 last month, you receive the Jagger level of 20 points to spend this month. If you are at Elvis level we will give you a whopping 400 points and give you another point for every £12 you spend. In other words, the more you spend the lower your prices become the following month.

2. Rockstar riders

We don’t just give our Rockstars lower prices; we upgrade their services for free as well. We have three types of rider. First is the Rockstar bailout: this allows you to upgrade the production turn round of your job for free. Depending on the job, this can be worth up to £50. Next up is the soundcheck. Here we give you a free artwork check worth £10. And finally we offer video promos. We’ll provide a video of a project before it is shipped. This can be sent to you, or with white label delivery to your client or both. We normally charge £5 for this extra service. Again, what you receive depends on your Rockstar level. Jagger gets a bailout whilst Bowie receives four of everything.

3. We share more with Rockstars

Rockstars receive invitations to our VIP events. We have already held four of these this year. You receive an exclusive behind the scenes tour of our factories, advance updates of new products and services, talks with practical advice on selling print and a chance to meet and question the Where The Trade Buys team. We have also launched WTTB Post, a newspaper that keeps our Rockstars updated about what is happening at Where The Trade Buys. All of our Rockstars receive these benefits, no matter what level they are at.

So how do you become a Rockstar?

The best news is that you don’t have to take any action to gain Rockstar status. As soon as you have spent £300 the previous month we will be in touch with you. We will let you know that you have achieved Rockstar status and how to apply the benefits you have earned. All you have to do is to keep placing enough jobs with us to keep your Rockstar status. So start placing more work with us now and see which level of Rockstar you can become.
